About the Role:


Join one of the largest property companies in the UK as an Experienced Sales Negotiator, working in the beautiful Knutsford area. You will be part of a dynamic team, managing a diverse residential portfolio, and playing a crucial role in our continued success with us in Knutsford!

Responsibilities for our Sales Negotiator in Knutsford:


* Stay current with trends in the local residential property market.
* Thrive in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Provide a welcoming and professional meet and greet experience for all clients.
* Act as the main point of contact for ongoing client care.
* Represent vendors in negotiations with prospective buyers, ensuring fair and beneficial outcomes.
* Communicate professionally and respectfully with all customers and clients.
* Handle daily buyer inquiries from Reapit, as well as calls and in-person visits.
* Conduct property viewings with prospective purchasers.
* Understand and manage the offer process efficiently.
* Develop and maintain business contacts to create new sales opportunities.
* Keep Reapit records up-to-date daily, maintaining contact with buyers and archiving information as necessary.
* Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists, and displays, ensuring they are updated and printed as needed.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Efficiently manage your own diary in coordination with team members' schedules.
* Demonstrate strong business acumen, keeping up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
* Continuously evaluate and improve performance.
* Comply with ISO, Money Laundering, and Health & Safety legislation.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:


* Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
* Adaptable with an excellent telephone manner.
* Confident in using the telephone to generate leads from the database.
* Comfortable dealing with clients and purchasers.
* At least two years' experience in a Sales Negotiator position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-standing relationships.
* Empathetic towards clients' needs, with a commitment to providing unparalleled client care.
