CCP are proud to be supporting an international claims management expert with the appointment of a Sales Team Leader to start ASAP. Leading a team of up to 13 sales agents, you would be expected to work full time onsite near Manchester Airport. Due to working the international market, you must be able to work nights only, on a 3 on, 3 off rota basis. Are you an inspirational and influential Sales Leader looking for a new challenge?Are you an accomplished leader who takes a detailed and logical approach to management? The successful Sales Team Leader will deliver core KPI’s while growing the skill set and behaviours of the team. You will work alongside other Team Leaders and Managers in a fast-paced contact centre environment, with aggressive and strategic growth on the agenda. This exciting Sales Team Leader role would suit someone with at least three years sales leadership experience who can effectively engage and inspire strong personalities, while analysing data to drive targeted improvements. Key Accountabilities (not limited to): 
  • Inspire and influence your team through effective leadership tools and creative engagement in a highly motivated environment.
  • Build and deliver success plans for individuals and the team.
  • Consistently evaluate performance to identify developments and plans to achieve personal and company objectives.
  • Assess the team’s skill levels and implement corrective plans on both an individual and team basis.
  • Track and present detailed analysis of team performance, using outcomes to plan further initiatives.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through all interactions.
 The successful Sales Team Leader will: 
  • Demonstrate sufficient evidence of leading a sales team to success.
  • Have experience of positively influencing growth and improvement.
  • An understanding of business metrics and how they influence performance.
  • Be a proven coach on an individual and team basis.
  • Have experience of various sales and coaching methodology.
  • A desire to help others and deliver exceptional levels of skill.
  • A track record of analytical and reporting skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and effective record keeping.
  • High levels of customer service and compassion.
 Key Information:
  • Basic salary up to £45,000.
  • Monthly uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60,000+).
  • 3 nights on, 3 nights off rota - working 15 nights per month.
  • Shifts are currently 10pm to 8am.
  • 20 days annual leave (equates to 27 due to working pattern).
  • Supplementary holiday payment.
