We are supporting them in recruiting a talented Team Leader for their Sales department based in Manchester. Are you ready to inspire and lead a dynamic sales team to achieve outstanding results?Do you have a passion for coaching and developing others while driving sales performance? About The RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be pivotal in delivering both hard and soft KPI targets through the inspiration and influence of your team. You will collaborate with fellow Team Leaders and the Training Manager to implement strategies that enhance team skills and behaviours, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Your role will involve developing success plans, evaluating performance, and identifying areas for improvement to achieve sales objectives. Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis exciting role has a number of key responsibilities:
  • Build and deliver success plans tailored for the team and individual members.
  • Continuously assess performance, identifying improvements and implementing action plans to meet objectives and KPI targets.
  • Support personal development planning and conduct individual coaching sessions.
  • Inspire the team using effective leadership tools to enhance performance.
  • Track and report on effectiveness, customer experience, and skill progression, providing insights for continuous improvement.
