Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (Early finish at 5 PM on Fridays)

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for money-motivated, target-driven individuals to join our energetic telesales team.
The RoleAs a Sales Telesales Advisor, you will:
? Contact warm leads-customers already expecting a call or those who have shown interest via our online forms.? Discuss tax rebate services and guide clients through the process.? Accurately obtain client details and upsell where necessary.? Work towards monthly targets, passing successful cases to our accounts team.
What We're Looking For? Experience in telesales, claims sales, or claims handling (e.g., AO, insurance, or tax-related sales).? Confidence using computers & CRMs to manage customer data efficiently.? Strong communication & persuasion skills to convert warm leads into successful claims.? Resilience & target-driven attitude-ability to thrive under pressure.
