  • Can develop training materials, content and resources to help sales teams achieve great success

The Role:

  • You will provide initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by Graduate Lead Generators, Sales Consultants and Business Development Managers.
  • You will be proactive in the development of materials, content and resources for the sales department, and utilise these to address training needs of both the individuals and the wider sales team.
