We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for term-time only positions, offering both long and short-term assignments. Immediate starters are welcome, and while previous school admin experience is a plus, it’s not essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a vital part of the school team, providing administrative support to help achieve the school's common goals.
  • Interact respectfully and supportively with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring the businesses commitment to safeguarding.
  • Manage reception duties, handle enquiries, and warmly welcome visitors.
  • Perform data input tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Effectively prioritise your workload.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
  • Use your ICT skills to maintain records and manage the schools databases.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Methodical, well-organised, and accurate in your work.
  • Confidence with figures and strong ICT skills.
  • Ability to relate well with pupils, teachers, and parents.
  • Sensitivity, understanding, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to complete Reed Safeguarding training (a quick 15-20 minute online course).
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required (we’ll assist with the application if not on the update service).
