Our client are seeking an experienced Architect to assist in the design and delivery of architectural and multi-discipline projects. The projects will vary in type, size, and complexity, primarily within the Defence, Nuclear, and Government sectors, with some additional redevelopment and community opportunities.
The role will have a strong regional focus in the north of the UK, with opportunities for national and international work for UK Government clients. The successful candidate should have good knowledge and experience of the full design process, from inception to completion, with emphasis on RIBA Stages 2 to 4. Chartered status is not essential, but relevant experience is required.
Key requirements include experience delivering to BIM level 2 (or beyond), being a competent Revit user, and demonstrating the ability to work at a high level using drawing, modelling, and interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. The role will also involve helping the multi-disciplinary team solve complex problems and potentially developing junior staff or other colleagues.
