Senior Asbestos Solicitor A Senior Asbestos Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. My client is an award winning, national firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor to join their award winning team where you will lead on a caseload of Asbestos files.  You will work on a varied and interesting caseload, providing expert legal support to individuals who have been affected by asbestos exposure. You will handle claims from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.  Responsibilities will include: • Reviewing documents and preparing reports• Dealing with disclosure• Reviewing evidence (including medical / personnel records/ Companies House records)• Conducting investigations with Insured / obtaining witness statements• Instructing Counsel / Experts• Court appointments including own advocacy• Attending conferences and Trials with Counsel• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in asbestos litigation and related areas. Applications are invited from Solicitors/Legal Executives with proven experience managing complex cases involving asbestos-related disease litigation.
