Senior Conveyancing Assistant Trafford Park £25,000
Duties
- Providing conveyancing support to the management team
- Issuing papers, exchanges, and other associated paperwork in relation to house sales
- Assisting lead conveyancers with exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Undertaking any relevant property searches, such as local authority searches, drainage, and water searches
- Anti-money laundering checks
- Completing all other tasks through to completion of sale
Job Desirables
Ideal knowledge of the property house sales market or conveyancing, with strong administrative knowledge and excellent organisation skills
