Our client, a successful premium restaurant operator are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sous Chef with a strong passion for fresh food and creating out-of-this-world dishes to join their well-established brigade based at their hugely popular operation based in Manchester City Centre.

With an evolving portfolio of chic, ultramodern restaurants, sumptuous décor, serving quality food, wines and spirits in prime locations; this still relatively young yet highly successful business prides itself for being ahead of their competitors and providing their guests with a unique dining experience. The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants and brands across the UK and Overseas that keep customers coming back time and time again.

As a hugely popular premium restaurant concept and a high-volume operation, not only must you have a strong fresh food experience, within a high-quality fresh food operation; you must also have experience of working in a high-volume environment and be able to work well under pressure.

What are we looking for:

• Solid experience of leading an experienced brigade for a premium restaurant group.
• People-centric, patient and inspiring leader who can well under pressure whilst leading from the front.
• A good knowledge of fresh food and creating exceptional dishes.
• A real self-starter and self-motivator who can work well in a large brigade.
• The ability to train, motivate, inspire and develop a large team to provide the highest standards.
• Strong people management, time management and organisational skills.
• High standards ensuring standards, food safety regulations, compliance and guest satisfaction is met
• Demonstrate a desire to push boundaries, learn new skills and contribute to the business evolution

Salary Package:

The salary package for this great role is up to £41,350 + Service Change.
