Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: 24.7k OTE up to 28,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 10am - 4pm - NO WEEKENDS!

The Key Duties of the Sales and Renewals Advisor
- Making calls to existing clients in order to review/renew current services
- Providing customers with world class customer service
- Meeting all agreed performance targets set
- Having an excellent understanding of the business in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
