SME Account Handler

SME Account Handler required to join a steadily growing commercial insurance broker based in Manchester.

As SME Account Handler, you will take on an established book of SME commercial clients, with most accounts typically paying premiums from a few thousand up to around 10KGWP. It’s likely you would be involved in dealing with insurance policies for small business owners including Retailers, Property Owners, Restaurants and Commercial Office units. The role includes handling renewals, mid-term changes, new business enquiries and dealing with general client queries.

Experience of commercial insurance products would be an advantage for this role, however strong candidates with a personal lines background would also be welcome. The ability to build rapport with people at all levels is a key requirement for this role, along with the ability to work within a small team.
