Solutions Business Manager - Liquid Analytical

Endress+Hauser, a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering, is looking for a dynamic Solutions Business Manager to join our team within Liquid Analytical Solutions.

Your Role as a BusinessDriver

This will involve promoting and driving growth in specific application and market focussed solutions, both internally and externally, whilst ensuring synergy across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

Create clear direction by defining the scope, target markets and industry segmentation.

Proactively develop and manage the sales funnel to ensure business is developed and supported in line with the company strategy and targets.

Plan and manage internal & external seminars, lunch & learn sessions and exhibitions. Creation of case studies and application stories for use both internally and externally via magazines, social media, and campaigns.

Provide and coordinate support to other departments and customers as needed to ensure urgency and cadence are maintained.

Support other Solutions Business Managers with maintaining the profile of all areas of the business.

Support the Solutions Development Manager in data analysis and interpretation.

Qualification + Profile

5+ years of a strong commercial background, preferably with sales experience, and some technical knowledge relating to the process industry.

A proven Business Driver in a similar field / business.

Highly self-motivated and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

The ability to bring an energy and urgency to a team or situation.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Analysis and strategy

The ability to develop good working relationships with customers and colleagues in other Departments and Functions

Strong networking skills

Problem solving and diagnostic skills

Ambitious and challenging individual

Willingness to travel
