Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules to support end to end delivery and aligning product features with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the People team and Client Technology to shape and implement SAP SuccessFactors technology changes.
• Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
• Work with HR and IT teams to develop and deploy new features and functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and validation for successful updates and enhancements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation and guides.
• Lead and participate in projects related to SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee data imports, exports, and system integrations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
