  • Analyzeandunderstandclientbusinessprocessesandrequirements.
  • Overseeandworkthetechnicalteamforthedeliveryofspecifiedprojects
  • Preparerequirementsand/orfunctionalspecificationsforanyamendmentsorcustomisations
  • Providetrainingandsupporttoend-users
  • Liaisewiththecustomer,colleaguesandmanagementteam
  • Supportcolleaguesasrequiredincludingknowledgetransferanddeputisingintheirabsence
  • DevelopandmaintaindocumentationforERPprocessesandconfigurations.
  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensuresuccessfulprojectdelivery.
  • TroubleshootandresolveERP-relatedissues.

Qualifications:

  • ProvenexperienceasaanERPConsultantwithSytelineorEpicororcomefromastrongtechnicalbackgroundwhereyoumayhaveworkedinternallyforabusiness
  • StrongunderstandingofERPsystemsandbusinessprocesses.
  • Excellentproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills.
