Teacher Position at Alternative Provision School in Middleton
Simply Education is working with a fantastic Alternative Provision School based in Middleton, and we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join their exceptional team until July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
As a General Teacher, you will be covering the Science curriculum as well as getting involved in some other subjects. The school would consider someone who is Primary or Secondary trained for the position.
You will be responsible for creating engaging and supportive learning environments that cater to the social, emotional, and academic needs of each child. The class sizes have been four to five pupils, with a Teaching Assistant to support.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or experience teaching Maths in either SEMH or mainstream educational settings.
* A passion for supporting children with SEMH needs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to the individual needs of students.
* Strong classroom management skills.
