We are seeking two organized and proactive Technical Call Schedulers to join our team on a contract basis at our Atherton, Manchester site. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are ready to start immediately and play a critical role in our scheduling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and book calls for our engineers, ensuring efficient time management and resource allocation.
  • Handle incoming client calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving scheduling-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduled calls and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with engineers to confirm availability and manage any changes to their schedules.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and effective communication between clients and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to travel to and from our site in Atherton, Manchester.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential.
