Job Overview: As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products/services. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport-building techniques.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
- Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
