Key Responsibilities as a Ticketing Executive:
- Handle incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service
- Issue travel documents accurately and meet tight deadlines
- Work with ticketing queues, reissues, changes, and refunds
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance
- Use industry systems such as Aviate, Lime, Virgin, and Faremine
- Additional duties as required to support the team
Requirements as a Ticketing Executive:
- Previous experience in ticketing is essential
- Fully proficient with GDS systems (preferably Amadeus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- A customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills
