Key Responsibilities as a Ticketing Executive:

  • Handle incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Issue travel documents accurately and meet tight deadlines
  • Work with ticketing queues, reissues, changes, and refunds
  • Verify documentation and ensure compliance
  • Use industry systems such as Aviate, Lime, Virgin, and Faremine
  • Additional duties as required to support the team

Requirements as a Ticketing Executive:

  • Previous experience in ticketing is essential
  • Fully proficient with GDS systems (preferably Amadeus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • A customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills
