Travel Administrator required for a lovely travel company based in the suburbs of Stockport. This role would suit someone with previous experience in Travel who has used the back-office system ‘Dolphin’ and is able to work independently in their offices 5 days a week Monday – Friday . Â
Travel Administrator Responsibilities:
·         Providing administrative support to the Management team
·         Managing client bookings, invoicing and credits
·         Credit card reconciliation
·         Spreadsheets
·         Managing sensitive data
·         General office admin duties to keep the office functioning
Travel Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Team player with a High level of communication and the ability to build rapport to ensure that the company’s brand is represented professionally when dealing with customers of suppliers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritising busy workloads with great organisational skills
- Computer literate, MUST have experience using the back-office system ‘Dolphin’
- Accuracy
- An independent worker
Travel Administrator Additional lnfo:
- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Working 37-40 hours per week
- Opening hours Mon – Fri – 9am – 5pm, no weekends
