UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for a diverse range of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design prototypes, conduct user research, and turn insights into actionable solutions that enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual with:

• Proven experience in UX design, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing your user-centric design approach and creative problem-solving.

• Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journeys to communicate your vision effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
• User Research: Plan, conduct, and analyse user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Iteration: Use feedback and analytics to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
