VP of Sales – 3D Visualisation Tech for OEMs
Location: Manchester Â
Salary: £100,000-£120,000 base + £100,000 OTE + Stock Options + Corporate BenefitsÂ
Celsius are partnering with a rapidly growing 3D OEM visualisation software organisation based in Manchester that is redefining its market. Backed by multiple 7-figure Series ‘A’ funding and with two major OEM deals secured valued at £3-6M, this company has ambitious goals: to triple turnover by 2026, expand into the US and EMEA markets, and become Manchester’s first tech unicorn.Â
About the Role:Â
As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth trajectory by building, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, targeting both new markets and existing partnerships.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a world-class sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.Â
- Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets (US and EMEA).Â
- Build strong relationships with OEM clients and expand OEM partnerships.Â
- Deliver on revenue targets and help drive the company toward its goal of becoming a tech unicorn.Â
- Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.Â
About You:
We’re looking for a proven sales leader with:Â
- Experience working with OEMs.Â
- A strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in high-growth tech environments.Â
- The ability to deliver exceptional results in competitive markets.Â
- Strategic vision coupled with hands-on leadership skills.Â
