About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-focused Will Writer to join our growing Wills and Probate team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Wills and Probate work, or a Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor looking to build a career exclusively in this area of law.You’ll manage your own caseload, working closely with clients on Will drafting, probate applications, and estate administration, all within a supportive and specialist team.Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting Wills tailored to clients’ individual needs
  • Taking instructions and providing clear advice around estate distribution
  • Handling probate applications and estate administration
  • Keeping accurate file notes and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service
About You
  • Experience in Wills and Probate, either in practice or during training
  • Ideal for an NQ Solicitor with a Private Client seat and a passion for Wills and Probate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working with clients from all backgrounds, often during sensitive times
