Wireperson

Wireperson | Manchester | Full Time 37.5 Hours per week | £15.65 per hour

Our client provides an extensive range of services and products, including control panel and MCC manufacture, electrical and mechanical system design, certified hazardous area designs, PLC and SCADA programming, certified electrical and mechanical installations, full commissioning services and project management.

In this role, you will support a dynamic, growing business, within the engineering industry. You will be working within the electrical department, assisting with the assembly and modifications of switchgears as well as being sent to do panel fit out where necessary.

Desirable Qualifications/Experience

• 4 years panel wiring experience.
• Communication, team working and interpersonal skills.
• Electrical and Instrumentation knowledge essential.
• Electrical Qualifications would be an advantage.

What will your role as a Wireperson look like?

• Wiring control panels/switchgear
• Assist with the assembly/modifications of switchgear
• Labelling control panels
• Panel fit out where necessary
• Comply with company quality systems
• Keeping work area clean and tidy at all times
