Requirements:
- Strong joinery background with experience in managing other joiners.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
- Capable of both leading a team and actively working on-site.
- Experience working on education, retail, and student accommodation projects.
- Ability to ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and working alongside joinery teams on-site.
- Ensuring joinery works meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Coordinating with site managers and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on all projects.
