About the RoleWe are an exciting music and events company seeking an experienced and ambitious Paid Media Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leading paid media campaigns for events across our five venues, working with internal teams, artists, and external partners to create standout marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Managing budgets c. £10k p/ campaign
- Coordinate advertising strategies for event launches, including lineup and ticket announcements.
- Optimise campaigns daily, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and booking teams, as well as artist management, to deliver innovative campaigns.
- Develop briefs for designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital advertising assets.
- Analyse campaign performance, implement A/B testing, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platforms, and tools to improve campaign performance.
Key Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in paid media for music events, with a proven track record of driving ticket sales.
- Advanced knowledge of platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other paid media tools.
- Experience managing advertising budgets, including campaigns up to £30,000 per month.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for electronic music and an understanding of marketing to Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and ticketing systems (e.g., Skiddle, Resident Advisor).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
