Are you passionate about developing talent in the gas industry? We’re seeking an experienced Skill and Development Tutor to join our team and make a lasting impact by delivering high-quality training and support. In this role, you’ll help trainees build the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed, while also contributing to a variety of funding streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Educate: Deliver engaging training sessions, tailored to different learning needs, to ensure all learners achieve successful outcomes.

  • Drive Engagement: Participate in open evenings, taster days, and other recruitment activities to boost enrolment and meet team targets.

  • Build Relationships: Work closely with employers to maintain and grow our client base, ensuring progression opportunities and successful program outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Play a key role in our quality improvement processes, including observations, work sampling, and enhanced reviews, to maintain high standards across all training programs.

  • Professional Development: Lead and support internal quality assurance activities to ensure our team is continuously improving.
