My client, a leading global FMCG business, are searching for a PMO Analyst to join their team.

As PMO Analyst, you will provide leadership and organisational management to support the delivery of a multi-million pound transformation programme.

This is a permanent role, with hybrid working, based out of Manchester.

Description

  • Be the main contact for the Transformation Director, supporting key teams and projects.
  • Help coordinate across teams and solve complex issues.
  • Build skills in teams to lead transformation and support project approvals and delivery.
  • Analyse project portfolios to highlight key insights, risks, and resource needs.
  • Give a clear view of all ongoing changes, showing priorities, dependencies, and strategic fit.
  • Coach teams to follow the change management approach and achieve project goals.
  • Improve change management tools and processes.
  • Plan ahead by understanding future project needs and feasibility.
  • Train senior leaders on their roles in driving change.
  • Lead reviews to assess if projects delivered expected benefits.
  • Ensure accurate project tracking using the company's tools.
  • Manage small projects when needed.

Profile

  • High performing individual from a Project/Portfolio/Transformation Office Management background (PMO)
  • Experienced in leading transformation programs and managing portfolios in similar business environments.
  • Able to break down complex issues into clear choices and recommendations.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
  • Skilled at influencing and engaging people to support business goals.
  • Adapts well to change, stays calm under pressure, and keeps others motivated.
  • Takes responsibility, solves problems, and encourages others to do the same.
  • Willing and able to travel to all business locations, especially in the UK (Manchester) and Europe.
