Salary - £25k pa + Benefits 

Are you a dynamic creative with a passion for bringing ideas to life? Due to rapid growth, we’re seeking a passionate and talented all-rounder to join our team at our offices in Middleton, North Manchester.

The Role:

If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of clients across the fashion, souvenir, and promotional industries, delivering fresh, eye-catching designs that make an impact.

You’ll dive into a variety of exciting projects, from developing print designs to creating visuals for retail and promotional products. Your work will reflect a strong commercial awareness, ensuring each design is not only visually striking but also retail-ready and aligned with market demands. Your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring every design meets the client’s brief, is consistent with brand guidelines, and is flawlessly executed from concept to final product.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential, allowing you to produce high-quality, professional designs that are print-ready. Bonus points if you're skilled in InDesign or have experience with iPad illustration tools like Procreate, as these will give you additional creative flexibility.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (non-negotiable)

- A portfolio that showcases your creativity and versatility (applications without a portfolio will not be   considered)

- Ability to follow brand guidelines and bring concepts to life

- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Day to day:

- Designing fresh, innovative visuals in line with client briefs and trends

- Producing high-quality mock-ups, concepts, and presentations

- Generating accurate print-ready proofs for various products

- Image retouching and creating artwork for marketing materials

- Helping manage our social media presence with eye-catching content

- Handling ad-hoc tasks as needed

Bonus Points For:

- Knowledge of printing methods 

- InDesign and/or Procreate experience

Important Information:

- This is an on-site role at our Middleton offices, candidates must be able to reasonably commute

- Candidates must be available for an on-site interview during w/c 7th October
