The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the design industry, working on both B2B and B2C projects. Reporting to the Lead Designer, the successful candidate should be ready to take on responsibilities immediately and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

A background in web design and email campaigns will be highly advantageous, along with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging materials for websites, emails, social media, app promotions, and internal campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and within the creative team.
  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with objectives.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience creating graphics in preferably a B2B focused business.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web design principles.
  • A passion for creating impactful designs that make a difference.
