An excellent opportunity to work in-house in a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and solely focussed on ET claims management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders in the business responding to ET claims
- Responsible for all ET claim documentation including witness statements and grounds of resistance.
- Supervise paralegals
- Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- ET litigation expert
- Ideally 5 year PQE
- Must have experience supervising paralegals
- Respondent experience preferred.
