My client who is within the aviation space is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining world-class safety standards across our operations.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures
- Provide expert safety advice to management and staff
- Deliver safety training programs
- Ensure compliance with UK and international aviation safety standards
- Liaise with regulatory bodies like CAA and HSE
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- CMIOSH preferred
- 5+ years of experience in health and safety, ideally in aviation
- Strong knowledge of UK safety legislation and aviation regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UK driving license and ability to obtain security clearance
