What You'll DoAs the Health and Safety Business Partner, you will be a strategic leader, providing operational support and guidance to management teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation and best practises. ??
  • Developing, reviewing, and advising on policies and procedures.
  • Auditing and assessing performance against health and safety objectives.
  • Providing expert advice to promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Working closely with management teams to implement effective health and safety initiatives. ??

Key QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in health and safety policy development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of current health and safety regulations and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
  • An ability to work independently and prioritise your workload efficiently. ??
