Description

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
  • Provide health and safety training to all staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and compile detailed reports
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure safe working practices
  • Develop safety management systems and emergency procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all health and safety inquiries

Profile

A successful H&S Consultant should have:

  • A strong understanding and knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing Sector
