The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest health and safety standards across the company.

Description
路 Ensure legal compliance for health and safety in the workplace by conducting regular audits and inspections to make sure the highest standards are consistently maintained.
路 Lead training with new and existing members of staff whilst identifying and assisting in any staff development opportunities.
路 Promote our proactive "Zero Harm" culture across all departments.
路 Ensure incident investigations are conducted promptly, including root cause analysis and corrective action is undertaken.
路 Creation, implementation and review of Risk Assessments, safe working procedures and method statements
路 Delivery of the company Health and Safety strategy and initiation for the site
路 Review all existing company Health & Safety documentation and update accordingly in line with our statutory obligations including CDM Regulations
路 Ensure that all "assessments" as required by legislation are conducted and reviewed at relevant intervals.
路 Visit each Project site conduct regular health and safety inspections/audits and prepare detailed H&S audit reports.
路 Review of all RAMS and COSHH assessments and update where necessary
路 Carry out investigations into all a
Profile
路 Demonstrable experience within a project development, construction and operational environment.
路 Clear understanding and experience of design phase risk assessment and HAZOP.
路 Experience of interacting with sub suppliers and contractors and ensuring their compliance with H&S requirements of Ylem Energy as Client, Main Contractor.
路 NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred
路 Strong communication skills
路 Demonstrable experience, skills and qualifications related to H&S requirements associated with an electrical high voltage environment.
