Health & Safety Manager - Responsibilities and Requirements

  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN CONSTRUCTION
  • Responsible for carrying out Health & Safety inspections on site
  • Reporting findings to teams, site managers and directors
  • Ensuring compliance with LOLER, CDM, PUWER etc.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the sites health and safety documentation
  • Will contribute and review risks and assist in the development of construction phase plans and various documentation
  • Assisting the site managers introducing new health, safety and environmental initiatives
  • Strong communication skills are key for this role
  • Will possess a positive attitude, will be reliable and approachable
