Salary: 40,000 - 50,000

A leading multidisciplinary team of architects, designers and engineers, with more than 60 years in the industry, are seeking a senior sustainability consultant to join their expanding team.

The Senior Sustainability Consultant selected will be:

• Collaborating with teams and developing sustainability & net zero carbon strategies (including operational and embodied).
• Carrying out BREEAM, LEED, SKA and WEL assessments.
• Producing sustainability and energy statements for planning.
• Contributing to building optimization.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the team.
• Carrying out in-use and post-occupancy evaluations.

To be considered for the Senior Sustainability Consultant role you must:

• Have experience within a sustainability consultancy.
• Have a relevant degree in a built environment/sustainability related subject.
• Have experience working on BREEAM certifications.
• Have experience carrying out LEED, Ska and/or WELL assessments.
• Have familiarity with OneClick LCA software.
• Have a good knowledge of UK environmental and sustainability legislation.
• Live commutable to the Manchester area.
