The plush interior creates a luxurious ambience with moody lighting and comfy seating creating the perfect environment for guests; whether sitting down to a delicious meal or a beautifully prepared cocktail.
The restaurant serves a large number of covers; therefore, they are looking for somebody who is sharp with an eye for detail and somebody who has strong experience working in restaurants that cater for high seating capacity and somebody who has worked in high quality establishments.
The bar is also very busy and has a fantastic reputation on the Manchester high end bar scene.

They are looking for an Assistant General Manager with a background in a similar standard of restaurants to provide leadership and inspire the front of house team.
You will need to be calm under pressure, and have a passion for excellent customer service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
As Assistant General Manager you will:
- Report directly to the General Manager and run the restaurant in their absence
- Have a friendly, yet professional persona
- Have experience of working within a busy and high-volume restaurant
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
- Have a passion for food, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations
- Have a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront
