Fostering Team Manager - Good Ofsted
50,000 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Fostering Team Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the North West of England area.
This is a hybrid role - this means you will work from their office 2 - 3 days per week and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities:
The Team Manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager in order to oversee a very stable team of 4 - 6 Supervising Social Workers, 2 Support Workers and one Administrator.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Team Manager, Practice Manager, Assistant Team Manager and if you have experience in managing a fostering team. You must have a good understanding of the Ofsted regulations.
You will also have a driving license and a Social Work Degree.
