The Trading Route - General Manager, £38,000pa + 10% Bonus Structure

We are looking for a General Manager to manage all aspects of the site and the day to day running of the business. Being the face & leader of the business means you set the example and tone that filters throughout the rest of the team and to the guests. So, we are looking for someone with a common set of values and high standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Driving and innovating to push top line sales
Controlling cost lines
Nurture and develop the team with energy and enthusiasm
Appraisals, 1-2-1s & coffee chats on a regular basis
Disciplinaries and dismissal procedures
Oversee all management team KPIs
Recruitment
Maintaining high health & safety, fire regulations & compliance standards
Ensuring The Trading Route is always adhering to all licencing conditions
Safety & Security of the site and contents within
