General Manager (Daytime)

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager who is ready to oversee our flagship cafe and events space in Spinningfields . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality and consistency of all things coffee/Cafe and a good understanding on the delivery of Grab and Go food.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the day to day operation of the site
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
Lead and develop a team of passionate coffee enthusiasts
Assist and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
Provide guidance and support to team in delivering high-quality service
Monitor stock levels and control costs effectively
Scheduling and cost controls in each venue
Assist in the running of internal and external events and catering.
Assist in staffing with smaller outlets and coffee training within the group

The Candidate:

Solid management experience in a cafe operation
Solid knowledge of coffee preparation, dialling in, filter coffee, latte art
Experience with food
A love for training and developing a team
A positive attitude, strong communication skills

Qualifications:

2 years of GM experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Some event management experience would be good but not essential
A passion for for Coffee
High volume coffee and cafe service.
Must have a key eye for detail and retail.
