Job Title: General Manager
Location: Manchester
Circa: £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Venatu Recruitment Group is working with our client in Manchester to recruit a General Manager to manage two sites.
Ideal for a hands-on leader with technical and management experience.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop operational teams to drive efficiency and excellence
- Improve performance and find more innovative ways of working
- Foster strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Take responsibility for a significant portion of the company's profit & loss
- Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Proven senior management experience in an unionised environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of transport legislation and operational performance metrics
- Ability to build relationships and deliver continuous improvements
