Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in Computer Science/ICT for KS3 and KS4 students.
- The ability to teach KS5 would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance student outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Computer Science/ICT curriculum for KS3-KS4 (and potentially KS5).
- Is passionate about technology and education, with a commitment to student development.
- Possesses strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners.
- Is adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player.
