We're currently looking for a Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner Primary Schools in Fallowfield on a long-term basis. Â
This position is a long-term role, Monday to Friday and the working hours are 08:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Support children under the guidance of the class teacher, either individually or as part of the class group.
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the classroom, serving as a role model for pupils.
- Be proactive and confident in using your initiative to adapt to the needs of the children.
- Help create a safe and encouraging environment that fosters both social and academic growth.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a 2:2 or above degree

Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed.

Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.

Is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to different classroom environments.
- Has relevant experience working with children or young adults in the past 2 years.
- Has an up-to-date DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
