I am currently recruiting for Schools in Whalley Range, Manchester that are looking to appoint some new 1-2-1 SEND Teaching Assistants with behaviour, ASD, Complex Needs experience to join their team. The positions is on a day to day, short term or long term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. They are seeking people that have experience of working with SEND children.
As a 1-2-1 SEND Teaching Assistant you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA's supporting students with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a 1-2-1 and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for students and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.
