Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Pay: 16 per hour
Monday-Friday
Shifts: 07:30-15:30
Middleton / Rochdale
Enhanced DBS
Main Duties include:
- Supervising staff: Overseeing the cleaning team, ensuring they perform their jobs effectively and to the required standard
- Maintaining standards: Ensuring the building is clean and hygienic, and that health and safety standards are met
- Planning and scheduling: Creating work schedules for cleaners, and ensuring all areas are covered
- Ordering supplies: Ensuring the cleaning team has the necessary materials and equipment
- Training and developing staff: Identifying training needs, inducting new staff, and providing performance appraisals
- Monitoring and reporting: Checking the quality of work, reporting any issues, and notifying managers of repairs or maintenance
- Administrative tasks: Handling employee absences, managing timesheets, and ensuring staff sign on and off correctly
