Cleaning Supervisor Required

Salary: 13.25p/h + Holiday pay
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for our client, a large well established facilities management company. The role is based in Manchester. This role is initially temporary however will lead to a more permanent position for the right candidate.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday
40 hours a week
Will need to be flexible to work weekends if required
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing a cleaning team - Team of 30
- To help train and develop Cleaning Operatives.
- Hands-on position - will be required to help with cleaning tasks
- Responsible for conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis
Requirements for the role
- Previous management experience
- Worked in the FM industry (desirable)
