Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Assistant to deliver all key administrative duties for lettings, tenancy management and rents.
Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Assistant:
- Complete pre-termination interviews after receiving notice
- Provide administration support to the community co-ordinators to enable them to carry out lettings interviews, viewings and sign-ups
- Manage and maintain parking permit issuing processes for customers
- Update and amend any tenancy details including household members and name changes
- Monitor the rents inbox
- Manage and monitor the garage rent accounts
- Set up payment methods
- Monitor KPI's
Essential Experience of the Neighbourhood Assistant:
- Relevant previous experience
