Tenant Liaison Manager - Manchester

Our client is a leading PFI investor with a large portfolio of property looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Manager to support the portfolio manager with the development and maintenance of positive tenant relations.

On offer is a salary of £40K - £50K, hybrid working, pension and a highly regarded supportive team who are committed to developing their own people.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for the tenants, dealing with day to day queries, resolving issues and escalating as appropriate.
  • Arrange and chair tenant meetings, providing feedback and taking ownership of action points.
  • Compiling regular management reports
  • Co-ordinate tenant requests, tracking variation consents and liaise with the CRM/SORM
  • Coordinate and support tenants with new work requests, assisting them with the approvals process
  • Manage room bookings
  • Ownership of the administration of the tenant and site user feedback surveys
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the site handbooks
  • Record, monitor and reduce any health and safety risks in the site.

Education and skills:

  • 2 years experience in Facilities Management and/or appropriate qualification in Site Management and/or Facilities Management (BIFM level 3 or above) above).
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and within a team
