This is a brand-new role! As we expand our operations, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our future. As a Business Manager, you'll be leading the expanding Scientific recruitment sector across the North of the UK. This is a 'hands-on' managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus and supporting/recruiting a small team!

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business support recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent business acumen with experience in P&L management.

  • Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
